While still active duty in the Military, I purchased over $35M in Real Estate and built my STR/hotel portfolio to over 200 units, including 8 Boutique Hotels (and counting!).
Now I specialize in the acquisition and management of value-add hospitality properties. I’ve bought, renovated, and managed a $30M portfolio of eight Boutique Hotels in multiple markets nationwide and oversaw construction management of $10M on those projects.
