Hi, I'm Blake!
While still on active duty in the military, I acquired over $35M in real estate and scaled an STR/hotel portfolio to over 200 units, including 8 boutique hotels (and counting!).
Today, I specialize in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of value-add hospitality properties. I have personally acquired, renovated, and operated a $25M boutique hotel portfolio across multiple nationwide markets, directly overseeing $10M in commercial renovations.
