Now I specialize in the acquisition and management of value-add hospitality properties. Iâve bought, renovated, and managed a $17M portfolio of six Boutique Hotels in multiple markets nationwide and oversaw construction management of $5M on those projects.
I built my boutique hotel company to over $3M/year in topline revenue with 25 employees and have hosted tens of thousands of guests and received thousands and thousands of 5-Star reviews.
